A Passion for knowledge

I absolutely believe a day that you don't learn something new (or re-learn a forgotten nugget of gold) is a wasted day.

When asked what I enjoy most about my various roles as a leader, I always give the same answer.

Mentoring and helping others achieve their career goals.

As a resource manager, developing successful teams is about building trust, mentoring, providing guidance and opportunities to succeed.

Just some thoughts....

ROI

IT investment isn't just a cost of doing business. Every resource, whether that is a human resource or tech stack investment should do one of two things, increase revenue or reduce operating costs by 2 to 3 times the investment.

Data Doesn't Just Tell the Story, It Writes the Ending

We all know the saying "Hindsight is 20-20" and hopefully, as individuals, we use our past experiences to learn and grow. Data should not just be a rear-view mirror look at the business, it should be leveraged to guide our decisions, plan our next move, and add to the bottom line. Data can provide reliable forecasts and take the guess work out of growth and opportunities through action-driven insights and predictable outcomes.

Think Outside the Box

This is one of the most OUTDATED phrases in business and my most disliked. If you still think there is box you are wrong. Artificial Intelligence, which I like to call Digital Intelligence, has proven there is NO box. This is one of the most exciting times in Business. The sky's the limit and my teams will soar.

Team Work Means Success

Trust and respect is the foundation of every successful team. I often use the phrase 'it takes a village', because it does. We are stronger together.

Problem-Solution

Let's find your biggest pain point and remove it.

Project Management

I'm not in the business of saying I can't do that for you.

I say 'Yes - If'

Exceed Expectations

My goal is to give the organization something they can't live without.
